AlertSite Continues Aggressive Growth with New Management Team

Company adds Fred B. Dilkes and Gary Beerman to its executive team

COCONUT CREEK, Fla.—February 10, 2010—AlertSite®, a leading provider of Web site performance management solutions, announced today that Fred B. Dilkes, former Senior Vice President of Worldwide Channels and Major Accounts for CDC Software, has joined the company as Senior Vice President, Sales and Client Services. Gary Beerman, named Vice President of Marketing, is assuming responsibility for the development and implementation of all AlertSite's corporate marketing, product management, product marketing and public relations. They are the latest additions to AlertSite's management team at a key point in the company's growth. AlertSite has increased its employee base by 40 percent over the past six months.

Dilkes has an extensive and successful track record of executive sales and leadership experience. Prior to his role at CDC Software, Dilkes served as Vice President of Sales for SSA Global, and helped grow the company from $130M to $750M. Dilkes also served as the Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Newstar, and was responsible for taking the company from zero sales to $44M.

Beerman has been developing and marketing high-tech computing solutions for more than 25 years. Prior to joining AlertSite, he served as Director of Worldwide Marketing for Concurrent, where he was responsible for brand management, product marketing, channel partners, and internal and external communications. He has also held engineering, product management, and marketing positions with Casi-Rusco (now GE Security), CyberGuard, Encore Computer Corp, Electronics Associates, Inc., and Gould Computer System Division.
